Booking, payment, and cancellation policies for holidays in a nutshell

Spa hotels

Booking:
Through our online store or customer service.

Payment:
Affordable Pay Now booking, without cancellation rights, or Pay on site booking, with full cancellation rights.

Cancellation:
Bookings paid on site, with cancellation rights, can be cancelled free of charge by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. Reservations made through the online store can be cancelled via the "Cancel booking" link found in the booking confirmation. Prepaid bookings cannot be cancelled or transferred.

Holiday apartments

Booking:
Through our online store or customer service.

Payment:
The full payment for the holiday apartment/room is made at the time of booking.

Cancellation:
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the reservation, unless otherwise specified in the booking terms for the specific campaign. Cancellations must be made through customer service.

Booking

Booking in the online store
You can book a hotel room, holiday apartment or purchase a gift card in the online store.

A reservation must be made by phone or email through the customer service if:     

  • You are paying for a holiday apartment with a gift card
  • You are booking a room suitable for someone with allergies or mobility impairments.

Booking through customer service by phone or email
You can contact our customer service by phone to make an accommodation reservation. For non-urgent matters, we also provide service by email. Payment is made by credit card, invoice, or gift card.

Campaign code
If you have a discount code or a gift card code, please enter it in the online store at the beginning of the reservation or inform the customer service representative at the start of the booking.

You are eligible for the discount only by using the code. The discount is not granted retroactively. 

Booking confirmation
You will receive a booking confirmation by email after both phone and online store bookings.

Payment methods

Payment options in the online store:
credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Amex), Visa Electron, online bank payment, Mobile Pay, and Klarna.

Payment options by phone, depending on the situation:
credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), payment on site, invoice payment before the holiday begins, or Holiday Club gift card.

Gift card:

With a Holiday Club gift card, you can conveniently book a hotel accommodation through our online store. 

Making a reservation for a holiday apartment or making a booking with a product gift card without a campaign code, is only possible by contacting our customer service.

Please remember to bring your gift card with you on your holiday and present it at check-in. The gift card must be valid at the start of your accommodation, as it will only be charged upon check-in. Using the gift card requires a prior reservation, and bookings with spa holiday gift cards have limited availability.

Booking with a gift card in the online store

Booking a hotel accommodation with a spa gift card (e.g., 1-night spa holiday for two)

  • Go to our website, select your desired destination, number of guests, and holiday dates, and enter the booking code shown on the gift card in the campaign code field.
  • Choose your preferred accommodation, enter your details, and at the end of the booking, enter the gift card number in the designated field. If your gift card does not have a campaign code, make the booking through our customer service.
  • Confirm the booking and bring the gift card with you on your holiday.

Booking a hotel accommodation with a value gift card

  • When booking an accommodation with a value gift card, use the campaign code LAHJAKORTTI when booking.
  • After entering your personal information, enter the gift card number in the designated field.
  • When booking with a value gift card, the total amount of your reservation will appear, which you can pay in full or partly with the gift card.
  • Confirm the booking and bring the gift card with you on your holiday.

The selected payment method cannot be changed afterward.

Cancellation

You can modify or cancel your reservation in accordance with the booking and cancellation terms.
Policies vary depending on the type of holiday.

For holidays booked through the online store, you will find the cancellation policy in your booking confirmation. For hotel bookings with the pay-on-site option, you can cancel the reservation through the "Cancel booking" link in the booking confirmation.
