From Tampere's Kehräämö, you have easy access to pleasant outdoor trails suitable for jogging, cycling, and even skiing during the winter months. The Kauppi outdoor area is close to the resort, allowing you to combine your city vacation with a relaxing nature experience.
If you'd like to go Nordic walking, you can borrow poles for free from the hotel reception.
The nearest ski trails are just a few kilometers from the hotel. There is an ice road leading to the Siilikari lighthouse, which can be used for skiing, walking, or even skating. The ice road starts almost right next to the spa.
Since the resort is located near the heart of the city, you can easily reach various city events from the location. It’s just under a 30-minute walk to the city center, and taxis are often available right in front of the hotel. A direct bus connection to the city center departs from right next to the resort’s main gate.
One of the best beaches in Tampere is located at the Rauhaniemi public bath, which also features a winter swimming area. You can conveniently reach the beach on foot, as it is less than a kilometer away from the resort.
