If you have booked a hotel room:

Reservations that are cancellable without charge, and that are meant to be payed when you arrive at the destination, can be canceled for free no later than 6 PM on the day of arrival. A prepaid reservation cannot be canceled or transferred.

If you have rented a holiday apartment:

The reservation can be canceled free of charge no later than 14 days before the start of the reservation. Cancellations must be written to asiakaspalvelu@holidayclub.fi

Holiday Club Kuusamon Tropiikki offers 7 accessible rooms, with two in the Standard room category and five in the Superior category. All accessible rooms are located on the first floor. The holiday apartments do not have accessible options, but many of them are spacious, allowing for easy movement and are suitable for individuals with mobility challenges who do not require support rails, for example. Access to the holiday apartments is via a removable ramp.

In the spa area, the changing rooms are spacious and equipped with larger dressing compartments. You will also have access to a shower wheelchair. While the sauna is not designed to be accessible, it can be accessed with a shower wheelchair.

You can access the pool via a ramp. The large pool features various sections where you can swim without having to leave the water. There is an accessible connection to the pool ramp from the women’s changing room, but the stairs between the men’s changing room and the ramp can hinder movement. The stairs have handrails. An alternative accessible route is available through the reception. Our staff is happy to assist you.

If your assistant is of a different gender, our lifeguards will help you navigate through the changing and washing facilities to the pool area. Please inform us of your visit in advance so that we can accommodate this in our staff scheduling.

Our spa also features a private sauna for situations where the assisting person is of a different gender. However, there is no access from the sauna to the pool ramp. The private sauna must be reserved in advance.

Yes! Please inform us of your allergy when making your reservation. The rooms have laminate flooring. Allergy-friendly blankets and pillows are available. Guests traveling with pets will always be accommodated in different rooms than those with allergies.

Absolutely! Pets are welcome, but please inform us of their arrival when making your reservation. The pet fee is €35 per stay in holiday apartments and spa hotels. This fee is per apartment, so you can bring multiple pets for the same charge. Please note that our pet-friendly rooms are slightly older, and there may be signs of previous furry guests. If you forget your phone charger or other belongings in your hotel room or holiday apartment, you can inquire about it directly from the Finnish Lost Property Service at https://loytotavara.net. We do not store or send items left behind at spa and hotel locations; instead, we direct them straight to the Finnish Lost Property Service.

Overnight stays in camping vans are prohibited in the area of the locations.

Unfortunately, bringing your own hot tub is not allowed.

Yes, indeed! Travel beds are available in limited quantities for hotel rooms and holiday apartments for an additional fee. We recommend reserving a travel bed when making your accommodation booking.

The price of a Standard family room includes accommodation for a family of four. A Superior family room is also available, accommodating up to six people. The Standard room features either a double bed or two separate beds, along with a sofa bed. The Superior family room has two double beds for up to four guests and a bunk bed in the alcove for two more.
 
Booking two adjacent rooms is also a great option, especially for families with older children, as it provides privacy and extra space. When booking online, please indicate this preference in the additional information field.

Swim diapers are available for sale at the spa reception. The use of swim diapers is mandatory for children aged 0–2 years old.
