The pet fee is 35 € per stay in holiday apartments and resorts. This fee is per apartment, so multiple pets can stay for the same fee. If you haven’t mentioned your pet’s arrival during the booking process, you can do so by contacting our customer service.

There is limited parking available in the Rukatunturintie area. Electric cars cannot be charged from the socket at the parking lot. Nearby in Ruka Village (400m away), there is a heated public parking garage with the option to charge an electric car at your own expense.

The changeover day is when the owner's week switches. If your holiday apartment reservation overlaps with the changeover days and the owner is using their own holiday week, you may need to switch apartments.

The resort is surrounded by great outdoor opportunities all year round, and you can drive to Ruka in well under half an hour. Kuusamon Tropiikki also offers plenty of indoor activities – relax in the water park's hot tubs, explore the Angry Birds Activity Park, or challenge your friends and family to glow bowling!
