Rukatunturi holiday apartments

Renovated ski-in ski-out holiday apartments will soon be completed in a fantastic location, right at the base of Ruka’s slopes! From Rukatunturintie, it’s about 22 km to Kuusamo Tropiikki.

All apartments feature a private sauna and a well-equipped kitchen. Some apartments also include a bright loft for added space.
In Holiday Club holiday apartments, linens and final cleaning are always included in the price – making it easy to start your holiday as soon as you arrive in Ruka.

How do I book a holiday apartment?

The easiest way to make a reservation is through our online store. Please note that for holiday apartment bookings, the minimum stay is 2 nights, so select at least 2 nights for your search.

What amenities are included in the holiday apartments?

The amenities in our holiday apartments vary, so for accurate and up-to-date information, please refer to the room description.

All our holiday apartments include at least the following amenities:

Well-equipped kitchen with appliances and dishware for all guests
Coffee maker, kettle, and filter papers
Microwave
Baking paper and paper towels
Dish soap, scrubber, and kitchen towel
Bedding prepared on the beds and towels
Bedding for additional beds available in the cupboard
Hairdryer
Toilet paper
Cleaning supplies
If the holiday apartment has a sauna, towels for the sauna will also be included

If you need a baby crib or a high chair for your holiday, they can be ordered in advance for an additional fee. Availability varies by location.

Are pets allowed, and how do I handle the pet fee?

Of course! Pets are welcome, but please inform us about their arrival when making your reservation.

The pet fee is 35 € per stay in holiday apartments and resorts. This fee is per apartment, so multiple pets can stay for the same fee. If you haven’t mentioned your pet’s arrival during the booking process, you can do so by contacting our customer service.

Pets must be kept leashed in the area.

How many guests can be accommodated in the holiday apartment?

The number of guests allowed per apartment is indicated on the search page of the online store.

Is the final clean up included in the rental price?

Yes, indeed! Final clean up and bedding are always included in the rental price.

Internet connection

Ruka Pulkkajärvi and Ruka lomakylä does not have the internet connection provided by Holiday Club.

Are you allowed to bring your own hot tub/bath tub?

Unfortunately, bringing your own hot tub is not allowed.

Camping vans

Staying in camping vans is prohibited in the area.

When is the changeover day?

The changeover day is when the owner's week switches. If your holiday apartment reservation overlaps with the changeover days and the owner is using their own holiday week, you may need to switch apartments.
