The easiest way to make a reservation is through our online store. Please note that for holiday apartment bookings, the minimum stay is 2 nights, so select at least 2 nights for your search.

The amenities in our holiday apartments vary, so for accurate and up-to-date information, please refer to the room description.

All our holiday apartments include at least the following amenities:

• Well-equipped kitchen with appliances and dishware for all guests
• Coffee maker, kettle, and filter papers
• Microwave
• Baking paper and paper towels
• Dish soap, scrubber, and kitchen towel
• Bedding prepared on the beds and towels
• Bedding for additional beds available in the cupboard
• Hairdryer
• Toilet paper
• Cleaning supplies
• If the holiday apartment has a sauna, towels for the sauna will also be included
   

If you need a baby crib or a high chair for your holiday, they can be ordered in advance for an additional fee. Availability varies by location.

Of course! Pets are welcome, but please inform us about their arrival when making your reservation.

The pet fee is €35 per stay in holiday apartments and spa hotels. This fee is per apartment, so multiple pets can stay for the same fee. If you haven’t mentioned your pet’s arrival during the booking process, you can do so by contacting our customer service.

Pets must be kept leashed in the area.

The number of guests allowed per apartment is indicated on the search page of the online store.

Yes, indeed! Final clean up and bedding are always included in the rental price.

Kalajoki does not have the internet connection provided by Holiday Club.

Unfortunately, bringing your own hot tub is not allowed.

Camping in camping vans is prohibited in the area.

There is free parking available near the holiday apartment. Please note that there are no charging stations for electric vehicles at the location.

The key can be picked up during the check-in time and within the key service opening hours. You can find more information and the key service opening hours in the arrival information.

When the office is closed, keys are collected from the key box next to the left entrance of Meeting Point Loisto.

Keys should be returned to the locked mailbox next to the office's front door (Matkailutie 312).

The changeover day is when the owner's week switches. If your holiday apartment reservation overlaps with the changeover days and the owner is using their own holiday week, you may need to switch apartments.

The changeover day for Kalajoki holiday apartments is Saturday.

If you are unable to use your holiday week yourself and do not wish to deposit it into the RCI points exchange system, you can assign it to Holiday Club’s rental service. Renting through us is easy, hassle-free, and reliable.
