• Gift card purchases are subject to a 14-day exchange and refund policy.
• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Accommodation bookings paid with gift cards can only be made through customer service or destination sales services by phone or email.
• When loading more value to an existing gift card, the value will be loaded within 2-3 working days from purchase

• Holiday Club is not liable for delays in postal delivery during disruption in Postal services
